Challenge: Explain the food system and different theories for what the future of food will look like and challenges future food systems will face and potential solutions for those challenges.
Process: Four phases of research, starting very broadly with facts and logistics of the food supply chain and its environmental impact and eventually focusing on certain favored solutions, current efforts, and market analysis of companies attempting to answer the question, what is the future of food?
Outcome: Deck of cards and pamphlet with facts about the food system and theories about the future of food. Used at an in person salon hosted by Seth Goldberg. Cards and pamphlets not for public distribution.
